It took me a long time. I had an idea and I like writing, so I thought ‘Let’s have a go’ and it became a hobby. With me having a full time job (two, in fact, one of them being housework), a busy social life, animals to exercise and look after and attempts at relaxation in between, writing has never had career status for me.
